Job Summary:

As a Junior Research & Processing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Department. You will work closely with the Senior Research & Processing Clerk, Shares & Deposits Supervisor, and Member Services divisions to handle administrative and clerical tasks related to account inquiries and payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with payroll processing by posting incoming company payrolls and standing orders to member accounts.
  • Processing standing orders based on member authorizations.
  • Preparing regular reports on credits to relevant vendors.
  • Processing member inquiry forms and ensuring timely responses.
  • Assisting with online and mobile app applications.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 CSEC subjects, including Math and English B
  • An Associate Degree or Diploma from a tertiary institution
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Credit Unions and Co-operatives (preferred)
