Job Summary:
As a Junior Research & Processing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Department. You will work closely with the Senior Research & Processing Clerk, Shares & Deposits Supervisor, and Member Services divisions to handle administrative and clerical tasks related to account inquiries and payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with payroll processing by posting incoming company payrolls and standing orders to member accounts.
- Processing standing orders based on member authorizations.
- Preparing regular reports on credits to relevant vendors.
- Processing member inquiry forms and ensuring timely responses.
- Assisting with online and mobile app applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 CSEC subjects, including Math and English B
- An Associate Degree or Diploma from a tertiary institution
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills
- A keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of Credit Unions and Co-operatives (preferred)
